Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Ensures full compliance with LEONI procedures and respect of Norms IATF,
ISO14001, etc.
Supports creation and release of department internal instructions
Supports and ensures optimization and standardization of new and existing
processes
Proposes and assesses solutions for deviations and escalates according to defined
escalation paths
Ensures the completeness of activities within the WH wh. during the shift
Identifies performance deviations based on the KPIs and develops action plans
Supports the layout definition and the space requirements for the WH.
Desired Candidate Profile
Level of Education: Higher education (BAC+2/+3).
- Branch Of Study: Production / Supply chain
- Experience : 2 years
- Language : French
- Social competences: Communication /Social & intercultural sensitivity / Change management /Target & result orientation/ Motivation & resilience /Self organization/Conflict management / Teamwork
- Professional competence: Master the Lean Manufacturing, Hoshin Karni & Continuous Improvement Technique
