Shift Manager (Pharmacist)

CARE PHARMACIES

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the pharmacy shift, ensuring all staff adhere to professional standards and regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities to expand the pharmacy s services and increase its impact, sharing ideas with management.
• Accurately and efficiently dispense medications in accordance with Egyptian regulations
• Advise patients on both prescription and over-the-counter medications
• Monitor drug interactions to ensure patient safety
• Oversee inventory management and ensure proper storage of medications
• Work closely with doctors, clinics, and local healthcare providers
• Contribute to enhancing the pharmacy s clinical services (e.g., blood pressure monitoring, blood glucose monitoring)
• Offer ideas to expand the pharmacy s services and increase its impact

Job requirements:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or team-leading role is a plus; passionate pharmacists with leadership potential are encouraged to apply.
• Bachelor s Degree in Pharmacy
• Valid pharmacy practice license in Egypt.
• Military service certificate (for male candidates).
• A patient-centered approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience is a plus, but passionate fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
