Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage the daily operations of the slot department, ensuring smooth functionality and adherence to gaming regulations
Monitor slot machine performance and coordinate repairs or maintenance with technicians
Ensure proper handling of jackpots, hand pays, and cash transactions according to company policies
Manage and schedule slot attendants and supervisors
Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to maintain a high-performing team
Address and resolve guest complaints or disputes promptly and professionally
Promote a positive gaming experience and maintain high service standards
Ensure compliance with all gaming laws, internal controls, and company policies
Maintain the integrity of slot assets, gaming machine equipment and information
Monitor for suspicious activity and enforce security protocols
Prepare shift reports detailing operational activities, machine performance, and revenue
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 5 years of experience in slot operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
Strong knowledge of slot machine mechanics and gaming regulations
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
