Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations on the shift, ensuring all procedures are followed efficiently to meet production targets.
- Lead and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce compliance with safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain to ensure adequate stock for uninterrupted operations.
- Manage scheduling and attendance for team members, addressing any staffing issues promptly to maintain productivity.
Desired Candidate Profile
Location: can be based anywhere in UAE and only those who are flexible to move should apply. Experience: 5+ years of relevant restaurant work experience in a Quick Service Restaurant. Language Skills: Able to read & write English Arabic an advantage
