Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Monitor all POS transactions, prices, receipts & item bagging process.
  • Coach, discipline and train new cashiers.
  • Handle & be aware of all voids, exchanges, errors and wrong prices.
  • Handle customer service, item checkup, complaints & requests.
  • Ensure all POS supplies are stocked and maintained.
  • Keep the overall atmosphere/workflow welcoming, clean & smooth.
  • Manage the shifts, duties, performance & appearance of the cashiers and baggers.

Section

  • Makes sure all staff are fully informed of their daily tasks.
  • Apply and make sure that staff are abiding and implementing Wesley s Policies, Procedures & Internal Rules.
  • Encourage retail sales staff to achieve sales targets.
  • Check up on the fullness of the shelves, hygiene and expiring soon items'

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • 1 year previous experience as a cashier and reconciling registers is a MUST.
  • 2+ years previous experience as a supervisor or a managerial position is a MUST.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Ability to lead.
  • Must demonstrate a positive and customer-focused attitude.
  • Basic math and computer skills (Handle emails and Microsoft office tools)
  • High level of energy with strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent command of English & Arabic.
  • Bachelor s degree in business administration, marketing or relevant field.
