Roles & Responsibilities
Main tasks and responsibilities
Project Phase:
o Contributes to plant commissioning and start-up activities upon completion of the development program, applying newly acquired technical skills in an operational environment.
Normal Operation Phase:
o Apply and promote the company s HSE policy and local regulations, ensuring safe work practices across CCR and field activities.
o Maintain and update the CCR HSE dossier, ensuring accurate documentation of operational risks, safety procedures, and compliance records.
o Conduct regular safety and plant integrity audits, including PTW compliance, equipment condition, lifting operations and scaffolding compliance and firefighting readiness.
o Perform thorough safety assessments for any inhibitions required to be implemented, ensuring compliance with safety standards and minimizing operational risks.
o Actively participate in plant emergency drills and responses, ensuring safety and operational continuity during critical situations.
o Actively monitor alarm systems and work closely with relevant departments to address and minimize frequent alarms, enhancing operational efficiency and safety.
o Identify, report and formally record incidents, accidents, or downgraded situations, proposing corrective actions to address root causes.
o Ensures the timely implementation of the testing program for HSE-related equipment, including routine tests of ESDVs, BDVs, SDVs, general alarms, and similar systems, by CCR senior panel operators. Ensures the results are documented and updated in the HSE dossier.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Production Shift Supervisor to join our dynamic team for the MARSA LNG Bunkering Project, a key initiative within OQEP and TotalEnergies energy transition strategy. In this critical role, you will manage and coordinate all CCR and field operations during your shift, ensuring the safe, efficient and reliable operation of the LNG plant. Your responsibilities will include supervising panel and multi skills field operators, overseeing maintenance activities, coordinating with feed gas and utilities suppliers and ensuring compliance with HSE and operational standards.
