Roles & Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage shift operations and ensure smooth functioning of the restaurant.
  • Oversee the performance of staff members and provide guidance and support.
  • Handle customer service and resolve any issues that arise during the shift.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers when necessary.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: Should be a Graduate

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in the same position with a leading international QSR brand
  • Examples of brands: McDonald s, Domino s, KFC, Pizza Hut, Krispy Kreme, Dunkin , etc.
  • Skills: Excellent English Communication is Mandatory
