Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Overseeing maintenance staff in day-to-day, and directing work, addressing and resolving problems with the assistance of the supervisor or manager.
- Supporting the TPM Project by delivering trainings to production team on Autonomous Maintenance, and Daily Inspection Maintenance to improve OEE, increase availability rate and decrease mean time between failures.
- Providing root cause analysis for machinery malfunctions and break downs, suggesting means to enhance efficiency through reducing downtimes.
- Suggesting machinery modifications ideas if needed and implement if approved.
- Maintain daily Maintenance report log and, maintaining equipment records specifying their history, modification, preventative maintenance cycle, and spare parts replacements.
- Collecting all needed data to create periodic maintenance reports.
- Ensuring that tools and equipment are maintained in a safe working condition; as well as making sure that the workshop is a safe environments at all times.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanics major.
- 5+ years of experience as Mechanics engineer, preferably food manufacturing background.
- Very good command of English.
- SAP experience is a Plus.
- Strong communication and Leadership skills.
