Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate all shipping orders (RAL)

Monitor ongoing BLs (WIP)

Check shipping documents BL, invoices, etc. (Shipping file).

Ensuring good communication with carriers to guarantee the smooth flow of shipments

Ensure the monitoring of QRQC indicators

Ensure compliance with applicable safety rules and quality standards

Managing any disputes related to shipments (delivery errors, delays, blockages, etc.)

Collaborating with other departments to meet needs and improve customer satisfaction

Desired Candidate Profile

High school diploma or two years of post-secondary education

My proficiency with computer tools (Office suite)

My mastery of management software (SAP).

Knowledge of transport rules and customs regulations
