Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Shisha Master to join our pre-opening team for a new premium lounge concept in Dubai. This is a great opportunity to be part of a unique project from the very beginning and help shape the guest experience.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve high-quality shisha according to company standards
Maintain excellent product knowledge of shisha, tobacco flavors, and preparation techniques
Provide professional recommendations to guests and create a memorable lounge experience
Actively promote products and perform upselling to increase guest satisfaction and revenue
Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of all shisha equipment
Work closely with the service team to deliver outstanding hospitality
Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Shisha Master / Hookah Specialist
Strong sales and upselling skills
Excellent communication and guest service skills
Fluent English is required
Knowledge of Russian or other languages is an advantage
Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
Professional attitude and attention to detail
