Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Implement SHM, by detecting and eliminating operational risks, without impacting the end customer;
Ensure good communication of local information to the project team division;
Identify the delta between the AS-IS process and the TO-BE process and validate the delta solutions (process or software) with the division project team;
Convert the data to the new SHM system (refer to the data preparation catalog) and configure the parameters of the new solution;
Define the UAT (User Testing) strategy;
Define the Expected Results, execute the UATs, analyze and treat the detected anomalies;
Lead the local organization and process change: implement the TO-BE process and accomplish the assigned actions for deployment;
Train end users on the new process and solution;
Participate in the deployment of the energy management system while respecting the energy consumption optimization guidelines in my workstation;
Report any acts of energy waste and propose ideas aimed at reducing consumption;
Provide local support to the workshop.
Desired Candidate Profile
Holder of a Bac+3 degree in a technical or industrial field;
8 years of experience, including at least 4 years in the manufacturing methods function.
A minimum of 4 years' seniority within the group.
