Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily shop operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient customer service from opening to closing.
- Manage inventory levels, meticulously tracking stock, placing orders, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability.
- Lead and motivate the shop team, providing clear direction, performance feedback, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Implement and enforce sales strategies, setting targets and analyzing performance to drive revenue growth.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of retail or customer-facing operational experience, with a proven track record of success.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, point-of-sale systems, and basic financial reporting.
