Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing tasks, to ensure smooth functioning and a welcoming environment for customers.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock ordering, receiving, and proper storage practices to minimize waste and maximize availability.
- Assist customers with product selection and inquiries, providing personalized service to enhance their shopping experience.
- Implement effective merchandising strategies to showcase products attractively and in alignment with seasonal trends.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in retail management is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail or customer service, with a proven track record in sales.
- Preferred candidates with prior experience in specialty retail or niche markets.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and retail software for efficient operations.
