Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, conducting regular stock checks to avoid shortages or overstock.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints effectively.
- Implement promotional strategies to boost sales and enhance product visibility.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for candidates holding a degree in business or retail management.
- Previous experience in retail or a customer service role, ideally with at least 2 years in a supervisory position.
- Strong numerical proficiency for effective cash management and inventory tracking.
- Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and inventory management software to streamline operations.
