We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Shop Manager with a strong background in jewelry to lead our team in Antelias on a full-time, on-site basis. The Shop Manager will oversee the daily operations of the store, ensure sales targets are met, and maintain the highest standards of customer service and store presentation. This role requires managing and motivating the sales team, ensuring compliance with company policies, and implementing strategies that drive both revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

• Monitor inventory levels, ensure proper stock management, and coordinate with operations for replenishment.
• Maintain high visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
• Handle client escalations and provide solutions to ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operations reports.
• Implement sales strategies and marketing initiatives in collaboration with management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
• Support the professional growth of team members through coaching and feedback.
