The machining shop mgr lead people/machining process,overseeing the activities of machining.
The shop manager should direct team activities with the goal of manufacturing the best possible products on-time while maintaining a safe working environment

Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
More than 15 years of experience in a machining shop/machining engineering role.
Strong leadership,communication/team management skills
