Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
✅ Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers warmly and professionally
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
Explain products and ingredients clearly when required
Handle sales transactions accurately using POS system
Maintain attractive product displays and visual merchandising standards
Ensure cleanliness of counters, shelves, and customer areas
Promote offers and support upselling initiatives
Assist with gift packaging and special orders
Handle customer feedback and report to supervisor
Follow company grooming and uniform standards
�️ Daily & Weekly Duties:
Prepare and organize product displays
Refill shelves and maintain stock presentation
Keep the store clean and organized throughout the day
Assist customers and process payments efficiently
Support takeaway orders and packaging
Participate in weekly inventory and team meetings
� Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Average Order Value (AOV)
Customer satisfaction level
Sales and upselling performance
Service speed and accuracy
Store cleanliness and display standards compliance
Desired Candidate Profile
Female candidates preferred
0–3 years of experience in sales or customer service
Arabic fluency is essential; English is a plus
Strong communication and customer service skills
Positive attitude and teamwork mindset
Well-groomed and professional appearance
Interest in sweets, chocolates, and premium food products
