Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the store staff
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
Monitor inventory and manage stock replenishment
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
Prepare reports on sales and staff performance
