Roles & Responsibilities

Our client is seeking a dedicated Shopify Store Manager to take full ownership of their Shopify-powered online store operations. In this hands-on role, you will ensure seamless day-to-day performance, drive operational efficiency, optimize the customer experience, and directly contribute to revenue growth. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a growing e-commerce business end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all daily Shopify admin tasks: product uploads/updates (titles, descriptions, images, variants, pricing, collections), inventory synchronization, and order processing/fulfillment coordination

  • Monitor stock levels, prevent stockouts/overstock, and liaise with suppliers or 3PL/warehouses for accurate inventory flow

  • Deliver exceptional customer support: respond to inquiries via Shopify Inbox, email, and live chat; resolve issues promptly to achieve high CSAT (target 95%)

  • Track and analyze key performance metrics using Shopify Analytics, Google Analytics 4, and other tools focus on conversion rate, average order value (AOV), cart abandonment, traffic sources, and recommend data-driven improvements

  • Execute promotions, discounts, flash sales, seasonal campaigns, and upsell/cross-sell features within Shopify

  • Maintain and enhance store aesthetics: update theme elements, homepage banners, core pages (About, FAQ, Policies), and ensure full mobile optimization

  • Manage and troubleshoot Shopify apps (e.g., reviews, email marketing like Klaviyo, SEO tools, subscription apps) to boost functionality and sales

  • Collaborate closely with the client s marketing and paid ads teams to launch new products, landing pages, and campaigns

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2+ years of direct, hands-on Shopify store management experience (essential)

  • Deep familiarity with Shopify admin panel, including products, orders, discounts, settings, and analytics

  • Proven track record in e-commerce operations, inventory management, and customer service

  • Strong understanding of core e-commerce KPIs and how to influence them operationally

  • Excellent written English communication and problem-solving skills

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment

  • Bonus: Experience with popular Shopify apps (Klaviyo, Judge.me, ReCharge, Loox, etc.), basic Liquid/HTML/CSS, SEO fundamentals, Google Tag Manager, or Meta Pixel setup
