Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
You ll edit short-form clips (30 90 seconds) from podcasts and long-form videos.
Handle workload of 15 20 active client edits weekly.
Format content for different platforms (Reels, TikTok, Shorts).
Stay up to date on viral trends and editing styles to keep content fresh.
Desired Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of social media trends, pacing, and what makes people stop and watch. You re fast, adaptable, and know how to make content look and feel native to TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, can handle multiple projects at once, and are comfortable adjusting edits based on analytics and feedback.
