Roles & Responsibilities

Operate shot blasting machine to clean cast components

Ensure proper surface finish as per specifications

Load and unload components safely

Monitor machine performance and report issues

Inspect components after blasting

Maintain equipment and follow preventive maintenance guidelines

Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements

Desired Candidate Profile

High School / ITI qualification

Equipment Safety Training (Mandatory)

Minimum 4 years of experience operating shot blasting machines

Experience in casting or metal finishing industry preferred

Knowledge of surface preparation and finishing standards
