Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the showroom team, ensuring a customer-centric environment and achieving sales targets by motivating and guiding the team.
  • Oversee daily showroom operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining a clean and organized display area to enhance the customer experience.
  • Drive sales growth by implementing effective sales strategies, product knowledge training, and promotional activities, focusing on increasing revenue and market share.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns, providing exceptional customer service to build loyalty and ensure customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, demonstrating a strong academic foundation.
