Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure a seamless customer experience, from product display to checkout.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve showroom targets and maximize revenue.
  • Manage inventory levels, ensuring that stock is adequately maintained and displayed effectively.
  • Train and mentor showroom staff to enhance their product knowledge and customer service skills.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of 5 years of retail management experience, preferably in a showroom environment.

  • Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets in a competitive market.

  • Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and point-of-sale technology.
