We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Showroom Manager to oversee the operations of our luxury Jewellery showroom in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, be under 45 years of age, and possess excellent communication and leadership skills. This position requires the ability to manage all aspects of the showroom, ensuring smooth operations, high customer satisfaction, and achievement of sales goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing a jewellery or luxury retail showroom.
• Age below 45 years.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Presentable and professional appearance.
• Knowledge of jewellery products and market trends is highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Prior experience in the GCC or Saudi Arabia is an advantage.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.
