Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Showroom Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our showroom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, leading the sales team, managing inventory, and ensuring the showroom reflects the brand s image and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations of the showroom, ensuring a clean, organized, and customer-friendly environment
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding service
Monitor and manage inventory, stock levels, and product displays
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently
Implement visual merchandising standards to maximize product appeal and sales
Plan and execute promotional campaigns and in-store events
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures
Build strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and loyalty
Coordinate with the marketing, logistics, and head office teams as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in business, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred)
Proven experience (3+ years) in a retail or showroom supervisory role
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication
skills
Good understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices
Familiarity with POS systems and retail management software.
