Roles & Responsibilities

What you will do

  • Greet customers and direct them to the right salesperson.
  • Manage customer flow to ensure efficient service.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling and record-keeping.
  • Ensure showroom displays are neat and inviting.
  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly.

Desired Candidate Profile

The Showroom Receptionist will be responsible for welcoming customers into our showroom and making sure their visit feels smooth and well-guided. You ll direct customers to the right salesperson, help coordinate schedules, and keep records organized so the team can focus on delivering a great experience. By keeping the showroom running efficiently and ensuring everything is in place, you ll play an important part in creating a professional and welcoming environment for both customers and staff.

Who you are

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Moderate English proficiency.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
