Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Main Tasks
- Client Service:
- Greet customers in the best possible manner in accordance with GH standards
- Assist the Showroom Sales team during client s appointments and throughout the sales process
- Support Showroom Sales team in all sales and customer service functions
- Develop a thorough understanding of all recent collections and stock availability in the showroom
- Keep-up-to-date with all product information
Administrative:
- Rotate and replace stock between warehouses Sin El Fil and Rawda as needed and as instructed by the Showroom Sales Supervisor
- Assist Showroom Sales Supervisor in stock count, every 6 months or as needed
- Assist in packing items for delivery in accordance with GH standards and using GH packaging
- Unpack deliveries and arrange displays to ensure that products are showcased most effectively and attractively
- Assist PR team in choosing suitable outfits for influencers and celebrities
- Assist in preparing seasonal gifts for shipping/delivery
- Provide other logistical and administrative support as needed
Showroom Upkeep:
- Keep showroom organized, clean and well maintained at all times
- Inform Facilities Management of any damages or malfunctions in the showroom that require immediate repairs
