Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and guide clients in the showroom, ensuring a premium customer experience.
- Present and promote furniture collections, highlighting quality and customization.
- Work closely with clients, interior designers, and project teams to propose complete solutions.
- Prepare and present quotations, follow up with clients, and finalize sales.
- Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate client records, manage sales pipelines, and report progress.
- Contribute to showroom team development by demonstrating leadership and organizational skills.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and product knowledge.
Desired Candidate Profile
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in luxury / high-end furniture (manufacturer or seller).
- Background and practical experience in interior design is a must.
- Strong knowledge of furniture materials, finishes, and customization options.
- Excellent communication, client relationship, and team management skills.
- Ability to work with CRM systems to manage leads, track client interactions, and follow up effectively.
- Ability to understand client requirements and provide tailored design & furniture solutions.
