Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and guide clients in the showroom, ensuring a premium customer experience.
  • Present and promote furniture collections, highlighting quality and customization.
  • Work closely with clients, interior designers, and project teams to propose complete solutions.
  • Prepare and present quotations, follow up with clients, and finalize sales.
  • Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate client records, manage sales pipelines, and report progress.
  • Contribute to showroom team development by demonstrating leadership and organizational skills.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and product knowledge.


Desired Candidate Profile

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in luxury / high-end furniture (manufacturer or seller).
  • Background and practical experience in interior design is a must.
  • Strong knowledge of furniture materials, finishes, and customization options.
  • Excellent communication, client relationship, and team management skills.
  • Ability to work with CRM systems to manage leads, track client interactions, and follow up effectively.
  • Ability to understand client requirements and provide tailored design & furniture solutions.
