Roles & Responsibilities

Customer Engagement: Greet customers, identify their needs, and provide tailored product recommendations.

Product Expertise: Demonstrate product features, benefits, and technical specifications to highlight value.

Sales Target Achievement: Proactively meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.

Showroom Maintenance: Keep the showroom clean, organized, and merchandised according to company standards.

Issue Resolution: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally.

Desired Candidate Profile

High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor's degree is often a plus.

Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field.

Ability to quickly learn and present detailed, often technical, product information.

Highly motivated, customer-focused, and organized.
