Role Overview

The Siebel Product Configurator plays a critical role in Digital BSS Transformation, supporting the full lifecycle of product launches across Mobile, Fixed, Broadband, Business, and

Digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Catalog & Configurator Ownership

- Design, build, and maintain Siebel Product CatLog.

- Build customizable product models.

- Implement eligibility, compatibility, and exclusion rules.

2. Order Management & End-to-End Flow Alignment

- Ensure redesigned product models support full order lifecycle.

- Work with technical teams to eliminate order fallout.

3. Configurator UI & Performance Optimization

- Enhance Siebel Configurator UI.

- Improve caching and tuning measures.

4. Requirements Management & Cross-Team Collaboration

- Gather requirements and translate to Siebel configurations.

5. Testing, Quality Assurance & Release Support

- Build test scenarios.

- Support UAT and production readiness.

6. Governance, Documentation & Continuous Improvement

- Maintain Product CatLog documentation.

Required Technical Skills

- Siebel Product Administration, Configurator, Order Management.

- Telecom BSS/OSS knowledge.

Soft Skills

- Strong communication, analytical mindset.
