Specific duties include, but are not limited to:

• Evaluate incoming orders from higher echelons to determine tasks assigned to Customer, subordinates, and partner organizations; generate Daily Summary and/or Morning Orders Summary.
• Provide written summaries of orders and tasks to update section briefing products.
• Attend section meetings to track due outs, maintain minutes, provide historical knowledge, and sustain situational awareness.
• Provide meeting notes/minutes for section Officer in Charge (OIC) and Customer Leadership as required.
• Assist with publication of orders, respond to Requests for Information (RFIs), make relevant updates, track progress and task completion.
• Ensure briefing products updated with relevant information correlated from stakeholders and other entities.
• Assist with determination of requirements by analyzing orders to discern specific or implied tasks, collective/supporting tasks, and for situational awareness.
• Provide administrative assistance as required.
