Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage contractor payments and ensure timely disbursement according to contractual agreements.
  • Coordinate with site engineers in purchasing material and equipment needed for project operations.
  • Collect and review invoices, receipts, and other financial documents from project sites.
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
  • Prepare financial reports and statements for management review.
  • Conduct regular audits of financial processes to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts for project sites.
  • Collaborate with headquarters accounting team to reconcile site accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Provide support during internal and external audits as required.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting.
  • Work experience as an Accountant in construction industry.
  • Knowledge of Egyptian accounting regulations and practices.
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Experience from 5 to 7 year.
  • Experience in the Construction Sector is a must 3 year minimum
  • Communication skills - written and verbal English is requirement
  • Kowledge of tax insurance lows
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
