Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Site Architect (1 3 Years Experience)
Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the execution of architectural works on-site in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
  • Ensure that all works are carried out in compliance with shop drawings, industry standards, and the site engineer s instructions.
  • Prepare shop drawings and project-specific Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
  • Submit daily progress reports and document on-site work activities.
  • Coordinate with the technical office, suppliers, and contractors to ensure high-quality execution within the planned schedule.
  • Review shop drawings and submit comments before execution begins.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor s degree in Architecture.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in interior finishing and decoration works.
  • Valid Saudi driving license.
  • Proficiency in:
    • AutoCAD
    • Microsoft Excel
    • Photoshop
  • Strong skills in preparing shop drawings and quantity take-offs.
  • Ability to monitor site progress and coordinate with work teams and suppliers.
  • Leadership qualities and excellent time management under pressure.
