Roles & Responsibilities


Are you a visionary Site Architect with a passion for innovative design? KILONEWTONS is looking for a skilled professional to lead architectural projects in Saudi Arabia! If you have 3+ years of experience and expertise in BIM and construction documentation, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead architectural design development from concept to construction documentation.
Oversee on-site construction supervision to ensure design integrity and quality control.
Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders for seamless project execution.
Prepare detailed drawings, 3D models, and technical specifications using BIM tools.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
Conduct site inspections and resolve design-related issues during construction.

Must-Have Skills & Software Proficiency:

Design & Drafting: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino (or similar).
BIM Expertise: Revit, Navisworks, or equivalent BIM collaboration tools.
Visualization: Lumion, V-Ray, or Enscape for 3D rendering.
Project Management: Familiarity with MS Project or Primavera.
Soft Skills: Creativity, Problem-Solving, Attention to Detail.
