Job Description
We re looking for a Central Quality Specialist to support our strategic operations and local management by ensuring full compliance with quality systems, regulations, and performance measures.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development, implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of one or more Quality Systems in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Balance quality standards with business performance objectives, ensuring efficient and compliant processes.
Guarantee right-first-time project implementation, preventing critical or major quality issues.
Execute and support both the global P&G quality strategy and local regulatory requirements.
Prioritize actions based on business needs and capacity, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Job Qualifications
BSc degree in Pharmacy or Science with (0-3) years of experience
English fluency, spoken & written
Digital fluency, including AI, Data Analytics and Data Visualization skills
Very good Microsoft Office skills
Exceptional communication and teamwork skills
Good Business Writing skills
