Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Inspect and approve the quality of incoming materials and completed construction works at various stages.
- Review and comment on the contractor s construction methodology, sequencing, and temporary works plans.
- Prepare comprehensive weekly/ monthly Reports.
- Verify and certify the contractor s monthly progress payment applications.
- Critically review and approve contractor-prepared Shop Drawings
Required Skills
- AutoCAD and ASD for creating shop drawings.
- Monitoring the Execution Time Schedule.
- Solving Technical Problems on site.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years and up to 8 years of relevant experience in site civil engineering, preferably in a construction projects..
- Proven track record of managing on-site construction activities for large-scale civil projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to interpret and review technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound engineering decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency in project management and reporting tools.
