Supervise and control day-to-day civil construction activities at site Ensure all works comply with HSE standards, company procedures, and approved method statements Lead safety toolbox talks, site inspections, and promote a strong safety culture Monitor progress against the construction schedule and prepare short-term look-ahead plans Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely, efficient, and quality execution of works Ensure first-time-right quality for civil works including earthworks, concrete, underground works, and structural activities Support site teams in resolving technical issues and managing interfaces with other disciplines Monitor productivity, identify delays, and implement corrective actions Ensure compliance with quality requirements, ITPs, and project specifications
