Site Civil Foreman

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Site Civil Foreman to join our construction team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in all construction projects in the UAE, with the ability to manage site activities, supervise execution, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

Supervise and manage all civil works at site and all construction activities. Ensure execution of works is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Monitor day-to-day site progress and ensure timely completion of works. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal project teams such as the Site Supervisor and Laborers Check site levels, dimensions, and quantities to ensure accuracy of execution.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, municipality regulations, and quality requirements. Prepare daily work site reports, daily progress updates, and material requests. Handle inspections and coordinate approvals with consultants and relevant authorities. Monitor labor productivity and site resources effectively. Identify site issues and provide practical engineering solutions. Ensure proper documentation of site activities and completed works.

Overseeing the installation, testing, and commissioning of all kind of Civil Work (Preliminaries Works Sub Structure, Work Super Structure, Work Block, Work Plaster, All MEP Work, Waterproofing Work, Flooring & Walls Tiles Work, Carpentry & Joinery Work, Aluminium Work, Civil Defence Work). Reading and interpreting Shop Drawings and approved drawings to ensure site work matches approved designs.

Ensuring materials used on-site match the Material Submittals and specifications approved by the consultant.

Pre-set up the materials required to work with site preparation and prepare required workers for that work
