Site Construction Manager – High Rise Building ARABIAN CONSTRUCTION COMPANY – L.L.C – S.P.C.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all site construction activities for high-rise building projects from inception to completion.

• Ensure execution of works in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, project schedules, and safety standards.

• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.

• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to meet deadlines and milestones.

• Ensure strict compliance with local authority regulations, Saudi building codes, and international standards.

• Oversee resource planning including manpower, materials, and equipment to optimize productivity.

• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure adherence to QA/QC standards.

• Lead and enforce HSE policies to maintain a safe working environment on site.

• Review and approve method statements, work procedures, and shop drawings.

• Manage subcontractor performance, progress, and contractual obligations.

• Prepare and present progress reports, site updates, and risk assessments to senior management.

• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to avoid delays and cost overruns.

• Ensure effective communication and coordination among all stakeholders.
