Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the project teams and clients, addressing any concerns and fostering strong working relationships.
- Oversee site safety protocols, ensuring compliance with regulations and promoting a culture of safety among all team members.
- Manage resource allocation, including workforce, materials, and equipment, to optimize productivity and efficiency on-site.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and adherence to project specifications, documenting findings and reporting them to management.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops for site staff, enhancing skills and ensuring everyone is equipped to perform their roles effectively.
- Support conflict resolution among team members, employing strong mediation skills to maintain a positive work environment.
- Prepare and maintain detailed records of site activities, including daily logs, incident reports, and project documentation for accountability.
- Assist in project planning and scheduling, providing input on realistic timelines and resource needs based on site conditions.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives by gathering feedback from team members and applying best practices to enhance site operations.
- Coordinate daily site operations, ensuring that projects adhere to timelines and budget constraints, while effectively communicating updates to stakeholders.
Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 500 manpower management experience required.
• Strong supervisory skills with the ability to handle and control labor efficiently.
