Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage contractor personnel at the assigned site.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between contractor program management and U.S. Government representatives.
  • Facilitate coordination and communication with RSLFAC staff and leadership.
  • Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure mission success and compliance with program requirements.
  • Prepare and submit MSS/PSS and other required reports, including summaries of issues and recommended solutions.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including potential oversight of petty cash accounts.
  • Ensure proper communication of operational updates, challenges, and support requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree highly desired.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in personnel and operations management within the last 10 years.
  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills (oral and written).
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand Arabic (required).

Criminal Record: To qualify for a Saudi Work Visa, candidates must have a clean criminal record with no prior convictions, as specified by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Drug and Alcohol Testing: Candidates must pass a drug test to be considered for employment. Additionally, our program enforces a random drug and alcohol testing policy. Employees will be subject to periodic testing to maintain adherence to our workplace standards and safety regulations.
