Execute and supervise electrical installation works for solar PV projects (DC & AC).

Oversee installation of solar modules, string wiring, junction boxes, inverters, transformers, HT/LT panels, and switchgear.

Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and commissioning teams for smooth site execution.

Ensure compliance with approved drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.

Supervise DC cabling, AC cabling, earthing, and lightning protection systems.

Perform testing and commissioning of inverters, transformers, panels, and protection systems.

Carry out IR, continuity, polarity, and functional tests.

Support grid synchronization and handover to client/utility.

Ensure adherence to electrical safety norms, project HSE policies, and statutory regulations.

Maintain quality standards and conduct inspections as per QA/QC checklists.

Identify and resolve site execution issues proactively.

Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Prepare daily progress reports (DPR), material reconciliation, and site documentation.

Support project manager in tracking schedules and resolving execution challenges.
