Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and consultants
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and safety regulations
- Monitor project progress and prepare reports
- Resolve any technical issues arising on-site
- Ensure quality control and proper implementation of works
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm
- Saturday from 8am to 1pm
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- Minimum 5 years of relevant site experience
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office
