Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking experienced and proactive Civil Site Engineers to join our interior fit-out team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing on-site activities, ensuring that projects are delivered with high standards of quality, safety and efficiency. This role demands hands-on experience in civil works related to interior fit-outs, strong coordination skills and the ability to lead teams on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications and project timelines.
  • Coordinate all civil and interior fit-out activities including subcontractors, site workers and materials.
  • Monitor project progress, prepare daily and weekly site reports and flag potential delays or issues to the Project Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and quality control procedures.
  • Work closely with the design and project management teams to ensure smooth execution of project plans.
  • Conduct site inspections and verify workmanship at various stages of construction.
  • Proactively resolve on-site challenges and implement corrective actions when necessary.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years UAE experience in civil works for interior fit-out projects.
  • Good knowledge of fit-out materials, construction methods, and authority requirements.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with project scheduling tools.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage site teams effectively.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • UAE Driver s License is an advantage.
