Utilize the company Portal for logistical needs, including vehicle and driver reservations, to ensure site logistics flow smoothly.

Identify site hazards (falling objects, utility strikes, adverse weather) and implement proactive emergency response plans.

Provide regular updates to the Project Manager on the acquisition and renewal status of all required local authority permits.

Submit detailed Manhole Condition Reports and Manhole Foldout Reports as per survey, including marker post conditions, dewatering needs, and road offset measurements.

Report the findings of the 10-15m trial pits and any unexpected underground utility discoveries.

Summarize weekly site achievements, portal booking logs, and upcoming technical milestones.
