We are currently hiring on behalf of a reputable construction company in Abu Dhabi for the role of Site Engineer. This position is ideal for Arabic-speaking candidates with a strong background in construction site execution, supervision, and coordination. Role Overview: The Site Engineer will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site operations, ensuring that construction activities are carried out according to drawings, specifications, timelines, and safety standards. The ideal candidate must be hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of managing teams and subcontractors on-site. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage on-site construction activities, ensuring work is executed as per approved drawings and project specifications

• Coordinate with project managers, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely progress of work

• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control and compliance with local regulations

• Prepare and maintain daily site reports, material usage, and progress updates

• Monitor manpower and resource allocation to ensure maximum productivity

• Resolve site-related issues promptly and escalate complex matters to the project manager

• Ensure strict implementation of HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies on-site

• Assist in planning work schedules and ensure adherence to project timelines

• Support documentation for inspections, approvals, and handovers
