Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily construction operations, ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, identifying and resolving issues proactively to maintain project timelines.
  • Collaborate with architects and contractors to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
  • Prepare detailed progress reports, documenting milestones and presenting updates to stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, providing a solid technical foundation.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in civil construction, demonstrating practical expertise on-site.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP or equivalent to showcase project management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software like AutoCAD and Civil 3D for design and drafting tasks.
