Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

· Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring adherence to project timelines and safety regulations while maintaining high-quality standards.

· Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services, fostering strong professional relationships.

· Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays and ensure compliance with plans.

· Prepare detailed daily reports, documenting site activities and progress, and communicate effectively with project stakeholders to keep everyone informed.

· Assist in the preparation of project budgets and schedules, providing input on resource allocation and forecasting potential risks to project timelines.

· Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations, conducting necessary inspections and obtaining required permits for construction activities.

Act as the primary point of contact for site-related queries, addressing concerns from clients, architects, and engineers with professionalism and clarity

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field provides the foundational knowledge required for the role.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in construction site engineering, demonstrating practical application of theoretical knowledge.
  • Experience in the construction industry, particularly in infrastructure projects, showcases relevant industry knowledge.
  • Strong proficiency in using construction management software and relevant CAD tools enhances efficiency and accuracy.
  • Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints is crucial for project execution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities are necessary to address challenges and maintain project momentum.
  • Candidates with a proactive and results-oriented approach are highly valued for their ability to drive project success.
  • Candidates should possess physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, given the nature of the role.
