Site Engineer Cum HSE Engineer TOP CREATIVE MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCIES

• Study the Project implementation plan and prepare the work schedule.

• Assign the jobs to various Sub-Contractors and monitor their works and progress on a daily basis.

• Submit the daily progress report to Client and authorities.

• Liaise with authorities for demarcation, levels, trial pit verifications and Final clearance.

• Issuance of Materials to Sub-Contractors as per site requirements and monitor.

• To clear site issues on a daily basis and ensure all materials for the works are available.

• Ensuring the works are carried out as per Standard specs with quality, safety, daily WIR are submitted for each activity for site inspection with Client/Consultant for approval.

• Should verify & certify the Sub-Contractor works and reconcile the issued materials

• Provide daily progress report to the PM and discuss issues and problems related to the availability of work front, site obstructions and performance of the SC at site.

• Should make sure daily/weekly/monthly planned WIP targets are achieved.

• Estimate the safety requirements of site and supply to site persons.

• Execute toolbox meetings, safety training & safety drills.
