HSE Engineer – Construction
Location: Dubai
Project: G+2 Building Construction
Job Description
Looking to hire an HSE Engineer for client based in Dubai with construction experience to manage health, safety, and environmental activities on a G+2 construction project. The role involves ensuring compliance with UAE HSE regulations and maintaining a safe working environment on site.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safety plans
Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations and site requirements
Conduct risk assessments, site inspections, and toolbox talks
Monitor proper use of PPE and safe work practices
Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses and prepare reports
Maintain HSE documentation, permits, and safety records
Coordinate with site team and subcontractors on HSE matters
Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Engineering or Health & Safety
3–6 years of construction HSE experience
Experience in G+2 building projects preferred
Knowledge of construction safety standards
NEBOSH IGC / IOSH certification preferred
Good communication and reporting skills
